Refund Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services
                    provided, we
                    will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please
                    read the
                    fine rules of each match before joining it, it provides all the details about the match.
                    In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and
                    request a
                    refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
                    
Cancellation Policy
                    For Cancellations please contact us via WhatsApp or email : support@unibit.in
                    Requests received later than 2 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be
                    treated as
                    cancellation of services for the next service period.
                    
                    #1 Theme Player : If you join as a Theme player or play with a theme player. 
                    a) If you play the game for less than 10% of the total gameplay and cancel the game, then the player
                    will get
                    50-50 amount, i.e. the entry fee. 
                    b) If you play the game for more than 10% of the total gameplay, then the player who lost will get
                    nothing and
                    the player who won will get only 50% of the total win amount.
                    
                    #2 Use of foul language and slang is not accepted. 
                    Using any kind of foul language or slang for the opponent without any valid reason/proof will be a
                    loss for you
                    and we are bound to cancel the game and a fine will be charged.
                    
                    #3 Slow Play : 
                    Playing a game slowly isn't allowed without any valid reason you will lose the game and if you have
                    a valid
                    reason for playing slowly then the game will be canceled post 30 minutes after the game started.
                    
                    #4 Zero Commission Result Upload:
                    Upload the result of games played during the zero commission hour between 6-9 pm, even a delay of 1
                    second is
                    not acceptable to avail of the offer.
                    If delayed in uploading a result the commission fee will be charged.
                    
                    #5 Fresh ID Fraud : If you join as a Fresh ID player or play with a Fresh ID player. 
                    a) If you play the game for less than 10% of the total gameplay and cancel the game, then the player
                    will get a
                    50-50 amount, i.e. the entry fee. 
                    b) If you play the game for more than 10% of the total gameplay, then the player who lost will get
                    nothing and
                    the player who won will get only 50% of the total win amount.
                    
                    #6 No Nudity: 
                    Uploading a profile picture with any kind of nudity is not allowed.
                    If a player does, then the account will be suspended forever.
                    
                    #7 Tournament: 
                    If anyone takes more than 15 minutes to complete a match then the match will get canceled.
                    
Refund Policy
                    We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients. In case any client is
                    not
                    completely satisfied with our rules and match we can provide a refund.
                    If paid by credit card & debit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card & debit card
                    provided at
                    the time of joining match and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the
                    same account.
                    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
                    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
                    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
